Luke (Parry Shen) and Sylvia (Lynn Chen) are a modern, liberal San Francisco couple whose relationship has grown comfortable and sexually routine. When they meet Elena (Sheetal Sheth) and Ronald (Kerry McCrohan), a provocative, open polyamorous couple, Luke and Sylvia's perceptions of intimacy are challenged. Attempting to revitalize their spark and prove their open-mindedness, Luke and Sylvia decide to experiment with opening their own relationship, forcing them to confront unexpected jealousy, boundary-crossing, and personal insecurities.
