Laura is a self-confident but completely aimless young woman living in Germany, perfectly representing the restless spirit of "Generation Y." She spends her nights wandering, constantly searching for meaning and connection without knowing what she actually wants. Her detached lifestyle is suddenly disrupted one evening when she crosses paths with Safi, a young Syrian refugee struggling to build a new life in an unfamiliar land. Unlike Laura, Safi’s life options have been brutally stripped away by war, leaving him with an acute sense of survival and purpose.
