Juli (Lili Monori), a young woman living in a remote Hungarian village, meets a man named György (Miklós B. Székely). They fall deeply in love and begin an intense, passionate affair. Only after their relationship has progressed do they discover a horrifying truth: they are half-siblings, sharing the same mother who had given György away at birth. Despite learning they are brother and sister—and facing relentless pressure, legal prosecution, and hatred from their family and local community—they refuse to stop seeing each other. They continue their relationship, leading to pregnancies, prison sentences, and a desperate fight against both state law and public morality.
