The story follows Ara and Edu, two lovers who have maintained a secret, recurring affair for a decade. Both are established in their own separate lives and committed relationships elsewhere, but they meet once a year at a film festival to carve out a "truce" from their realities. During their latest encounter, the usual rules of their arrangement begin to crumble. As they spend a final day and night together, they are forced to confront the aging of their romance and the question of whether their connection is a beautiful escape or a painful stagnation that prevents them from being truly present in their real lives.
