Mayumi (Kyôko Satomi), a former high school sukeban (delinquent girl gang leader), attempts to settle down and live a normal life with her boyfriend Katsuhiko (Yutaka Ikejima). Her past catches up with her when a rival gang boss, who holds a grudge against Mayumi's old gang, tracks her down. Mayumi is abducted along with her friend Reiko (Shinobu Wakana) and held captive in an underground ring. Forced to endure psychological torment, forced prostitution, and sadistic degradation as "meat slaves," Mayumi must summon her old gang combat instincts to stage a bloody fight for survival and escape.
