Parker Webb (Misty Mundae), a clumsy college student and photographer, is bitten by a radioactive spider during a laboratory field trip, granting her extraordinary agility and spider-like superpowers. Adopting the secret alter ego SpiderBabe, she patrols the city while navigating her awkward romantic feelings for her classmate Mary Jane (Andrea Davis). As SpiderBabe comes into her powers, she must battle the villainous Vectra (Julian Wells)—a mad scientist turned supervillain—and her seductive henchwoman Femme Fatale (Darian Caine), who seek to dominate the city through erotic control and hypnotic devices.
