Directed by Giulia Brazzale and Luca Immesi, this surreal Italian arthouse drama is deeply inspired by the "psychomagic" therapeutic theories of avant-garde filmmaker Alejandro Jodorowsky. The narrative follows Lia (Desirée Giorgetti), a fragile young woman trapped in a profoundly toxic, sadomasochistic relationship with a cruel, controlling man named Viktor (Ivan Franek). After a severely traumatizing forced abortion, Lia's psychological state shatters. Seeking an escape from her mental prison, she travels to a secluded village in the Veneto countryside to visit her eccentric aunt, Agata (Anna Bonasso), a local healer who practices esoteric, shamanic rituals designed to confront the subconscious and heal deep emotional trauma.
