Set on an isolated island compound housing a brutal women's correctional facility known as "K3," the narrative follows three female inmates—Anne, Suzanne, and their co-conspirator—who attempt a desperate escape. The prison is run by a sadistic female chief warden, corrupt guards, and a depraved facility physician, Dr. Bertucci, who subject the inmates to systemic sexual abuse, medical exploitation, and violent torture. When the prison break is exposed, the guards and staff hunt down the escapees across the wilderness, leading to graphic torture, violent executions, and slaughter.
