Set just before Christmas in the western suburbs of Paris, four friends in their late twenties—Stéphane, Joëlle, Xavier, and Sonia, who were once members of an amateur pop band—reconnect and take a long walk through the Parc de Saint-Cloud. As they wander through the winter landscape, visit a hospitalized friend named Riccardo, and navigate the fading memories of their youth, they talk about work, past ambitions, lost connections (including an absent friend named Sylvia), and the melancholy transition into full adulthood.
