Henry Fudd (Buck Kartalian), an eccentric middle-aged peeping Tom, lives under the thumb of his overbearing mother (Lynn Lundgren). One day, Henry buys a small carnivorous plant from a local florist. He soon discovers that the plant speaks in a seductive female voice and demands nourishment. Initially satisfied with insects and small animals, the plant's appetite escalates to human flesh. To keep the plant fed, Henry lures unsuspecting victims—including local voyeuristic targets, stray lovers, and call girls—into its jaws, all while trying to keep the growing monstrosity hidden from his mother and an investigating police detective.
