Harvey (Brian Follmer) is a young, self-absorbed man who relocates to Mexico after fleeing personal problems and broken relationships in the United States. Struggling with isolation, substance use, and existential frustration, he passes time wandering through unfamiliar streets and engaging in surreal conversations with locals and fellow expats.
