On New Year's Eve in Glasgow, 35-year-old Spanish translator Elena (Laia Costa) and 26-year-old music student Jake (Josh O'Connor) fight over the same taxi. What begins as a passionate, unexpected spark quickly turns into a deep, fast-moving relationship as they move in together.
