Lisa (Lukerya Ilyashenko), a forensic pathologist, leads a promiscuous lifestyle and regularly engages in casual one-night stands, believing physical intimacy heals psychological trauma. Her life takes a dark turn when a young woman she slept with the previous night ends up on her autopsy table. Printed on the victim's body is a mysterious photo of an unknown man. As the serial killer strikes again, Lisa discovers that her other past sexual partners are being systematically targeted and murdered in the same fashion. She pairs up with Inspector Voronin (Oleg Vasilkov)—a detective haunted by the past disappearance of his daughter—to track down the killer before she becomes the ultimate victim.
