Graham (Eduardo Noriega) suffers from severe anterograde amnesia caused by a head injury, limiting his short-term memory to roughly ten minutes. To navigate daily life, he relies on a notebook with detailed instructions. His manipulative boss, Sabine (Nathalie Richard), exploits his condition to repeatedly engage in non-consensual sexual encounters with him. When Irène (Anna Mouglalis), a temporary worker, joins the firm, she falls in love with Graham and attempts to help him build a genuine emotional connection. However, complicated dynamics arise when Graham's estranged wife, Isabelle (Paz Vega), re-enters his life.
