Set against the backdrop of the vaquejada (rodeo culture) in northeastern Brazil, Iremar (Juliano Cazarré) works as a bull handler for a traveling rodeo troupe. Despite his rough, physical day job, Iremar secretly dreams of becoming a fashion designer. He lives in the cattle transport truck with Galega (Maeve Jinkings)—a truck driver and exotic dancer—her young daughter Cacá, and fellow cowhands. As they travel from town to town, Iremar constructs provocative dance outfits for Galega using scraps of fabric and pornographic magazines for inspiration. His path eventually crosses with Geise (Samya De Lavor), a pregnant security guard at a clothing factory, leading to a shift in his life.
