At a Mardi Gras party in Cologne, Marie (Svenja Jung), an aspiring teacher, meets Luis (Noah Saavedra). What begins as an intense, passionate romance rapidly devolves into a dark cycle of emotional manipulation and obsession. Marie soon discovers that Luis is living with severe sex addiction. As allegations of sexual assault surface against him, Marie is torn between growing horror and her own co-dependent obsession with Luis, driving her into a destructive dynamic where love and disease blur.
