Lenz (Kristian Marr) returns to Paris from England following the tragic death of Madeleine, the woman he loved. Driven by grief and obsession, he wanders through the Parisian underworld searching for her, eventually meeting Hélène (Ariane Labed), a vulnerable woman tormented by her own past trauma. As Lenz becomes involved with Hélène, he also crosses paths with Léna (Roxane Mesquida), Louis (Paul Hamy), and a sinister underground network involved in sado-masochistic rituals and extreme pornography. Lenz and Hélène are drawn into an escalating spiral of destructive desire, grief, and physical obsession as they try to find redemption amid ambient violence.
