Lars (Fedja Louman) is about to marry his fiancée Bella (Ghislaine van IJperen), but worries about leaving his long-time single mother, Merel (Isa Hoes), alone. He invites her on a Caribbean vacation to Curaçao, concealing the fact that he has actually enrolled her in a singles retreat. On the island, the group is managed by Louella (Jasmine Sendar), who brings along her charming artist brother Ozzie (Tarikh Janssen). Meanwhile, undercover journalist Malti (Joy Delima) joins the group to write a scathing piece on organized singles vacations. Amidst tropical excursions and dynamic match-making setups, open connections develop, changing each character's outlook on love and fresh starts.
