In the 1940s, Dr. Enrique Hubermann (Guillermo Francella) escapes his personal troubles by traveling to a secluded, windswept hotel on the Argentine coast. To his shock, he arrives to find Mary (Luisana Lopilato)—a alluring, free-spirited, and manipulative woman with whom he shares an obsessive, unrequited past passion. Mary is staying at the hotel alongside her sister Emilia (Justina Bustos), Emilia's fiancé Atuel (Juan Minujín), and her wealthy older suitor. As intense romantic rivalries, jealousy, and past affairs flare up among the isolated guests, a sudden sandstorm cuts the hotel off from the mainland, and a deadly murder takes place.
