Dr. Alicia (Sonia Infante), a prominent psychiatrist, survives a brutal assault when an attacker disguised in strange, exotic attire breaks into her home, rapes her, and leaves her for dead. Miraculously surviving, she resolves to track down her assailant rather than relying on law enforcement. When a enigmatic, troubled patient (Humberto Zurita) seeks treatment at her practice, Alicia realizes he is the man responsible for the attack. Instead of exposing him, she initiates a dangerous psychological game, luring him into a secretive, sadomasochistic relationship to exact her own twisted form of personal retribution.
