College freshman Kari Berman (Melissa Carlton) and her fraternal twin brother Kyle (Greg Forshay) arrive at campus expecting a normal academic experience. Unbeknownst to them, they have been selected as prime subjects by genetic researcher Dr. Martin Speer (Lenny Rose), who operates a clandestine, subterranean eugenics program modeled after the Nazi Lebensborn initiative to breed superior offspring. As part of Dr. Speer's genetic scheme, the twin siblings are manipulated into an incestuous romantic and sexual relationship with each other to test their genetic pairing. Upon discovering the truth behind the campus breeding experiment, Kari and Kyle are forced to navigate the psychological impact of their relationship and plot an escape from the control of the cult.
