Monica (Carmen Villani), a young woman devoted to her marriage with prominent plastic surgeon Mario (Ray Lovelock), finds herself relentlessly pursued by their attractive neighbor Giorgio (Manuel Sierra), a beauty clinic owner. Because Monica believes in complete transparency with her husband, she refuses to hide the situation and instead asks Mario for permission to give in to Giorgio's advances just once. Mario, permissive and trusting, surprisingly grants his consent.
