Overwhelmed by anxiety and chronic insomnia in Paris, illustration artist Juliette (Izïa Higelin) returns to her quiet provincial hometown for a much-needed break. Upon her arrival, she moves back in with her eccentric family: her melancholic father Léonard (Jean-Pierre Darroussin), her New Age artist mother Nathalie (Noémie Lvovsky), her older sister Marylou (Sophie Guillemin) who feels trapped in a stagnant marriage with Stéphane (Éric Caravaca), and her grandmother Simone (Liliane Rovère), who is quietly experiencing cognitive decline. While navigating her family's unspoken grievances and buried secrets, Juliette strikes up a sweet, unpretentious connection with Pollux (Salif Cissé), a gentle local painter. Through these intimate interactions and rural quiet, Juliette gradually processes her personal mental health struggles and reconciles with her family dynamics.
