Charlotte (Ine Marie Wilmann), a 27-year-old dance teacher living in Oslo, struggles with emotional distance from her cold, self-absorbed mother, Anna (Anneke von der Lippe). Having grown up without her biological father, Charlotte learns of her adult half-brother, Henrik (Simon J. Berger), who was raised separately by their father in Stockholm. When Henrik visits Oslo, the two meet for the first time as adults. Their mutual longing for emotional connection quickly turns intense and boundary-crossing, escalating into a passionate, secret incestuous affair that disrupts their personal relationships and family dynamics.
