Continuing the surreal narrative from the first installment, various women, including Sarah (Sarah Blue), wander through isolated woods and urban spaces. They encounter a mysterious masked figure—the Fantom Seducer—who speaks in a deep, unintelligible voice requiring subtitles. Meanwhile, two incompetent local detectives attempt to track down the mysterious figure, leading to a series of surreal sexual vignettes and dream-sequence encounters.
