In a small Eastern European city, suppressed lust and dark forces take the physical form of a supernatural entity known as the Fantom Seducer. Ursula (Sandra Kay), a member of a conservative morality committee, arrives at a remote train station where she suffers a surreal sequence of events, lost clothing, and hallucinatory encounters. Drawn into the surrounding woods, she meets the dark figure of the Fantom Seducer, succumbing to an intense, secret liaison. As the entity moves across town seducing various women—including Anastasia Christ and Stacy Silver—Ursula finds herself caught in a descending spiral of obsession, secret affairs, and violent retribution against those around her.
