In Tangier, Mehdi (Driss Ramdi), a ambitious young Moroccan man, works at a high-end luxury resort while living with his devoted working-class girlfriend, Selma (Nadia Kounda). Eager to break free from his social status, Mehdi catches the attention of Marie (Sara Giraudeau), a wealthy French expatriate who has just purchased a lavish seaside villa. Captivated by her influence and high-society lifestyle, Mehdi enters into a secret affair with Marie, eventually abandoning Selma. However, as he penetrates Marie's elite inner circle, he realizes his ambition comes at the cost of his identity, dignity, and independence.
