Daniel (Darío Yazbek Bernal) and his older sister Ana (Marimar Vega) are close siblings living comfortable lives in Mexico City. Ana is preparing for her upcoming wedding to her fiancé Rafa (José María Torre), while Daniel is exploring his teenage sexuality with his girlfriend Mariana (Jéssica Castelán). Their lives are shattered when they are abductees in a violent kidnapping scheme and forced at gunpoint to perform explicit sexual acts with each other on camera for an adult video operation. Although released physically unharmed, the psychological trauma isolates them from their loved ones and destroys their relationship. While Ana tries to move forward through therapy and her marriage, Daniel becomes dangerously obsessed with the coerced taboo encounter and his suppressed feelings for his sister, culminating in a severe psychological collapse.
