Jimmy (Albi De Abreu) gathers his closest inner circle of lifelong friends at a beach house in Pedasí to celebrate his 45th birthday with alcohol, drug-fueled excesses, and partying. However, the celebratory mood collapses when Jimmy drops a bombshell: he has been diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and intends to take his own life before the party weekend ends. As his devastated friends scramble to prevent his suicide, long-buried secrets, interpersonal tensions, and moral dilemmas emerge among the group.
