Sadie Glass (Lio Tipton), an erotic novelist, embarks on a promotional book tour accompanied by her current boyfriend, Thierry (Valentin Merlet). The novel details her past, intense sexual relationship with her ex-lover Alex (Jakob Cedergren). While at an event in Italy, Alex resurfaces and invites Sadie to join him and an enigmatic performer named Francesca (Marta Gastini) at a secluded Italian villa. Unfulfilled by her steady relationship with Thierry, Sadie accepts. At the villa, Sadie engages in a drug-fueled sexual liaison with Francesca and Alex, becoming tangled in a surreal cult-like atmosphere of hedonism, BDSM, and ritualistic violence.
