Zerrin (Zerrin Egeliler) is living in a happy marriage until her mother-in-law's malicious lies and false accusations drive a wedge between her and her husband. During a violent domestic dispute triggered by the mother-in-law's interference, Zerrin loses her unborn child. The husband is imprisoned following the altercation, while Zerrin suffers a breakdown and is placed in a psychiatric facility. Upon escaping the hospital, Zerrin encounters a gang of prison escapees—who happen to be her husband's former inmates—and becomes trapped in a harrowing spiral of captivity, abuse, and revenge.
