After five years apart, recovering alcoholic ex-con Chris Terry (Jacob Tierney) visits his younger sister Noelle (Emily Hampshire) in her Montreal apartment. Noelle, a drug-addicted prostitute recently released from prison and desperate for a fix, is expecting a wealthy client who pays $500 for a three-way exhibitionist session. Lacking a secondary partner, Noelle proposes that Chris participate in the encounter. As the siblings engage in a volatile, claustrophobic confrontation involving drugs, dark family history, trauma, and taboo boundary crossings, their shared past and toxic emotional codependency unravel.
