Luc (Éric Bruneau) is a handsome 30-year-old architect living a comfortable, picture-perfect life in Charlevoix, Quebec, with his beautiful wife Stephanie (Mélanie Thierry), a sports enthusiast who suffers from hidden bouts of severe depression. While serving on an architectural jury in Toronto, Luc meets Lindsay (Melanie Merkosky), a married woman working for the government. The two engage in a passionate, spontaneous extramarital affair during his trip. Upon returning home, Luc tries to resume his quiet domestic life, but his secret relationship with Lindsay continues through subsequent trips and encounters. As Stephanie's mental health worsens and Lindsay travels to Quebec, Luc is forced to navigate the consequences of his infidelity, personal guilt, and the fragile nature of his marriage.
