Based on the autobiographical novel by Cielo Latini, the film follows Cielo (Eugenia Suárez), a 16-year-old high school student from La Plata who meets 25-year-old Alejo (Esteban Lamothe) in an online chatroom. Transfixed by his maturity and charisma, Cielo enters into a physical relationship with him, quickly becoming obsessed. However, Alejo views her merely as a casual sexual partner and repeatedly dismisses her emotional needs, eventually cutting off contact. Devastated by the rejection, Cielo descends into a severe psychological crisis, developing severe anorexia and engaging in self-harm as a physical manifestation of her desperate attempt to regain control and win back Alejo's affection.
