Manoel (Alberto Rolán) is a struggling writer trapped in creative apathy and routine in Santiago de Compostela. His stagnant life shifts when he unexpectedly reunites with his former close friends, David (Xosé Barato) and Claudia (Nerea Barros), a couple who have returned after years away. As the trio retreats to a seaside house to relive their youth through music, drugs, and shared nostalgia, suppressed romantic desires and physical intimacy resurface, bringing unresolved past tensions and destructive choices back to the surface.
