Jean (Michaël Cohen) and Ellen (Emmanuelle Béart) meet at a party and fall instantly, madly in love. What begins as an overwhelming physical and emotional connection quickly devolves into an obsessive, destructive cycle. Their relationship is defined by extreme highs and lows: explosive arguments, intense reconciliations, deep jealousy, and mutual psychological damage. As the passion suffocates them, both Jean and Ellen step outside the relationship in desperate attempts to assert independence or regain control, leading toward an inevitable breakdown.
